Optionally, information fields included in at least two of at least one information block in the first DCI are different. In other words, for different terminal devices, the information block in the first DCI may include different information fields.

For example, the first DCI may include four information blocks, the four information blocks respectively correspond to four terminal devices, and the four terminal devices are respectively terminal devices 1 to 4. An information block of the terminal device 1 may include a BWP ID information field, an information block of the terminal device 2 may include a time domain scheduling indicator (cross-slot or same-slot) information field, an information block of the terminal device 3 may include an RS transmission indicator (including an aperiodic CSI-RS, a TRS, or an SRS) information field, and an information block of the terminal device 4 may include a carrier transmission indicator (single-carrier or multi-carrier) information field.
