Where R1 to R4 are an aryl group, the aryl group may be preferably a C6-C30, more preferably a C6-C18 aryl group, for example, phenyl, biphenyl, terphenyl, naphthyl and the like. Where R1 to R4 are an alkyl group, the alkyl group may be preferably a C2-C20, more preferably a C2-C10 alkyl group, for example, methyl, ethyl, t-butyl and the like. Where R1 to R4 are halogen, the halogen may be chlorine, fluorine and the like.
L′ is selected from the group consisting of a single bond, a C6-C60 arylene group, a fluorenylene group, a C3-C60 aliphatic ring and a C2-C60 heterocyclic group containing at least one heteroatom of O, N, S, Si, and P.

Ra and Rb are each independently selected from the group consisting of a C6-C60 aryl group, a fluorenyl group, a fused ring group formed by a C3-C60 aliphatic ring with a C6-C60 aromatic ring, and a C2-C60 heterocyclic group containing at least one heteroatom of O, N, S, Si, and P.
