A wireless device may receive, from another communication device (e.g., from a base station, a relay, a network, etc.), configuration parameter(s). The configuration parameter(s) may indicate power control parameter sets. Each power control parameter set of the power control parameter sets may be identified/determined/indicated by (and/or associated with) a respective power control parameter set index. The wireless device may determine/measure power loss and/or pathloss, for example, for power control. The wireless device may track/measure pathloss reference signals, for example, to determine uplink transmission powers. Pathlosses may be measured, for example, in decibels (dB). A received power may be 10 dB less than a transmit power, for example, if the pathloss measurement is determined to be ?10 dB. One or more pathloss propagation models may be used, for example, based on one or more criteria (e.g., a distance, a frequency, atmospheric conditions, indoor/outdoor, environments, such as urban, dense urban, suburban, rural, forest, sea, etc.). Each power control parameter set of the power control parameter sets may be mapped to a respective pathloss reference signal of the pathloss reference signals.
The wireless device may receive DCI. The DCI might not comprise an SRI field (e.g., an absence of the SRI field, an omission of the SRI field). The SRI field may be comprised in some DCI transmission but not in some other DCI transmissions. The DCI, for example, may schedule a TB. The DCI, for example, may activate a configured uplink grant (e.g., Type 2 configured uplink grant). The wireless device may send/transmit the TB for the configured uplink grant.
