The one or more configuration parameters 1820, for example, may indicate the first pathloss reference RS for the first power control parameter set. A second power control parameter set (e.g., Power control parameter set 1) of the plurality of power control parameter sets 1840 may indicate (or be mapped to) a second pathloss reference RS (e.g., Pathloss Reference RS 5 as shown in FIG. 18) of the one or more pathloss reference RSs 1841.
