A plurality of resource pools and/or a plurality of transmission and/or reception points may be used in wireless communications. Different pathloss references may be used for different resource pools and/or different transmission and/or reception points. A wireless device may receive one or more messages indicating a plurality of power control parameter sets each associated with a respective resource pool and/or a respective transmission and/or reception point. The wireless device may control a transmission power based on a pathloss reference associated with a resource pool and/or a transmission and/or reception point.

A base station may perform a method comprising multiple operations. The base station may send/transmit one or more configuration parameters. The one or more configuration parameters may indicate a plurality of power control parameter sets. The plurality of power control parameter sets may comprise one or more first power control parameter sets associated with a first index and one or more second power control parameter sets associated with a second index. The plurality of power control parameter sets may comprise a plurality of pathloss reference signals. The one or more configuration parameters may comprise one or more downlink control channel configuration parameters indicating a plurality of coreset pool indexes. The one or more configuration parameters may comprise one or more uplink shared channel power control configuration parameters. The one or more uplink shared channel power control configuration parameters may comprise a plurality of power control parameter sets each corresponding to a respective coreset pool index of the plurality of coreset pool indexes. The base station may set/configure the plurality of power control parameter sets, for example, based on the one or more downlink control channel configuration parameters indicating the plurality of coreset pool indexes. The base station may send/transmit one or more activation commands mapping at least one pathloss reference signal, of the plurality of pathloss reference signals, to the plurality of power control parameter sets. The base station may send/transmit, via a control resource set associated with the first index, downlink control information (DCI) scheduling transmission of at least one transport block. The DCI might not comprise a sounding reference signal resource indicator (SRI) field. The base station may receive, based on the DCI, the at least one transport block associated with a power control parameter set of the one or more first power control parameter sets. The first index may be associated with (e.g., is, corresponds to) a first coreset pool index. The second index may be associated with (e.g., is, corresponds to) a second coreset pool index different from the first coreset pool index. The one or more configuration parameters may indicate the first coreset pool index for the one or more first power control parameter sets and the second coreset pool index for the one or more second power control parameter sets. The DCI scheduling transmission of the at least one transport block may comprise the DCI activating a configured uplink grant. The transmission of the at least one transport block may be for the configured uplink grant. The base station may comprise one or more processors; and memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the base station to perform the described method, additional operations and/or include the additional elements. A wireless device may comprise one or more processors; and memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to perform steps complementary to the described base station method, additional operations and/or include the additional elements. A system may comprise the base station configured to perform the described method, additional operations and/or include the additional elements; and a wireless device configured to communicate with the base station (e.g., send/transmit the uplink data). A computer-readable medium may store instructions that, when executed, cause performance of the described method, additional operations and/or include the additional elements.
