Optionally, the power allocation information further includes at least one of the following:

- a radio access technology of at least one working cell corresponding to the at least one first identification.
Optionally, the transceiver 702 is further configured to, transmit indication information to the terminal, where the indication information is used to indicate whether the terminal is allowed to report power allocation information corresponding to different identifications; or the indication information is used to indicate a capability of the network-side device of supporting reception of power allocation information corresponding to different identifications reported by a terminal.
Optionally, the transceiver 702 is further configured to, when the terminal switches from the network-side device to a target network device, transmit the power allocation information corresponding to the at least one first identification to the target network-side device.
Optionally, the transceiver 702 is further configured to, when the terminal changes to a target node, transmit the power allocation information corresponding to the at least one first identification to the target node, where the target node is a new or changed-to secondary network-side device for the terminal.
