FIG. 1 is a structural diagram of a network system to which an embodiment of this disclosure may be applied. As shown in FIG. 1, the network system includes a terminal 11 and a network-side device 12, and communication can be performed between the terminal 11 and the network-side device 12.

In this embodiment of this disclosure, the terminal 11 may also be referred to as UE (User Equipment). In actual implementation, the terminal 11 may be a terminal-side device such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer, a laptop computer, a personal digital assistant (PDA), a mobile Internet device (MID), a wearable device, or an in-vehicle device. It should be noted that a specific type of the terminal 11 is not limited in the embodiments of this disclosure.
