In the second power control operation, the terminal may select the at least one first target identification from the at least one second identification of the terminal based on the power priorities of uplink transmissions for uplink signal transmission; and/or determine the transmit power corresponding to the at least one second identification based on the maximum power reduction corresponding to the at least one second identification, avoiding that a total transmit power for uplink signal transmissions exceeds the total transmit power of the terminal, thereby effectively avoiding loss of data transmissions caused by limitation of the total transmit power of the terminal. In this embodiment, a preset transmit power corresponding to each of the at least one second identification may be prescribed by a protocol or configured by the network-side device, and the preset transmit power may be reduced by a corresponding maximum power reduction to obtain a final transmit power.
In this embodiment of this disclosure, transmit powers corresponding to identifications of the terminal are coordinated through the first power control operation or the second power control operation, avoiding that the total transmit power for uplink signal transmissions exceeds the total transmit power of the terminal, thereby effectively avoiding loss of data transmissions caused by limitation of the total transmit power of the terminal.
Further, in some optional embodiments, when the first power control operation is performed, before the power allocation information corresponding to the at least one first identification of the terminal is reported, the method further includes:
