摘要

An organic electroluminescence device, comprising: a cathode; an anode; and an emitting layer disposed between the cathode and the anode, wherein the emitting layer includes a compound represented by the following formula (1) and a compound represented by the following formula (11), provided that at least one of Ar101 and Ar102 is a monovalent group represented by the following formula (12).

  • An electron-transporting layer is a layer which contains a material having a high electron-transporting property. For the electron-transporting layer,

      • 1) metal complexes such as aluminum complexes, beryllium complexes, and zinc complexes;
      • 2) heteroaromatic compounds such as imidazole derivatives, benzimidazole derivatives, azine derivatives, carbazole derivatives, and phenanthroline derivatives; and
      • 3) polymer compounds can be used.
        (Electron-Injecting Layer)

    An electron-injecting layer is a layer which contains a material having a high electron-injecting property. For the electron-injecting layer, metal complex compounds such as lithium (Li), ytterbium (Yb), lithium fluoride (LiF), cesium fluoride (CsF), calcium fluoride (CaF2), and 8-hydroxyquinolinolato-lithium (Liq); alkali metals such as lithium oxide (LiOx); alkaline earth metals; and compounds thereof can be used.
