In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the second horizontal line VL2h may be arranged on the second gate insulating layer 215, and the second vertical line VL2v may be arranged on the inter-insulating layer 217, for example. A fourth contact hole CNT4 may be defined in the inter-insulating layer 217. The fourth contact hole CNT4 may overlap (or expose) at least a portion of the second horizontal line VL2h. 
A portion of the second vertical line VL2v may be disposed in the fourth contact hole CNT4, and the portion of the second vertical line VL2v disposed in the fourth contact hole CNT4 may be also referred to as a fourth contact plug CP4. The fourth contact plug CP4 may be in contact with the second horizontal line VL2h and may connect the second vertical line VL2v to the second horizontal line VL2h. 
In FIG. 11, the second horizontal line VL2h is arranged on the second gate insulating layer 215, and the second vertical line VL2v is arranged on the inter-insulating layer 217. However, in another embodiment, the second horizontal line VL2h may be arranged on the inter-insulating layer 217, and the second vertical line VL2v may be arranged on the second gate insulating layer 215. In another embodiment, the second horizontal line VL2h may be arranged on the first gate insulating layer 213.
