A subset of the TCI states defined in pdsch-Config included
in the BWP-DownlinkDedicated corresponding to the serving
cell and to the DL BWP to which the
ControlResourceSet belong to. They are used for providing QCL
relationships between the DL RS(s) in one RS Set (TCI-State)
and the PDCCH DMRS ports. The network configures at most
maxNrofTCI-StatesPDCCH entries.
Table 8 illustrates information signaled for ControlResourceSet.

For each CORESET, the UE is provided the following by
ControlResourceSet:
- a CORESET index p, by controlResourceSetId, where
?- 0 < p < 12 if coresetPoolIndex is not provided, or if a
value of coresetPoolIndex is same for all CORESETs if
coresetPoolIndex is provided;
?- 0 < p < 16 if coresetPoolIndex is not provided for a
first CORESET, or is provided and has a value 0 for a first
CORESET, and is provided and has a value 1 for a second
CORESET;
- a DM-RS scrambling sequence initialization value by pdcch-
DMRS-ScramblinglD;
